I joined FORE in May 24. Playing more golf & meeting like-minded business owners in a setting where useful conversations can flourish. Nobody can help me! That's what I said at my first National event organised by FORE Business with 80 people in the room 8 years ago. Since then my Agri-Food test equipment business Calibre has gone from strength to strength with international connections made and supply chain improvements purely by being better connected. I've made some incredible friends and enhanced my presentation skills by talking to business owners (my golf is still average!). This is a network not to be missed regardless of your golf ability, its relationship building with great business owners.
Fore-Business is a wonderful community of like minded people almost like a family. If you need help or advice there's someone that can help out. There's great banter and support and can impartially say its been the best networking group I have ever been involved with. As a member of ForeBusiness for many years I can highly recommend membership. The idea for “FORE” Business came about in 2013 when the founders, Sean Fergusson & Arron Busst, met at a local networking event and got talking about golf as a common interest.
They soon got round to talking about the business successes they had on the golf course. It became clear business and golf has always unofficially gone hand in hand.
The green being the perfect ‘playing field’ for important business meetings, discussions and negotiations to take place; so “FORE” Business was born with the thought, ‘what better way to encourage successful business relationships, than to create an actual members club for business owners who enjoy golf and love to network?’.
"FORE" Business now has over 1700 members across 120 groups that are part of our ever growing community.
Our groups meet every month across the UK, USA, Spain and Dubai and we have seen in excess of £250 million pounds worth of new business being shared on and off the golf course.
