Interserver hosting is not the same what it was 5-10 years before, I have high configuration 2 servers with them, my dedicated server become down almost every alternate week and the support team sucks, all call centers are outsourced in India and they dont have access to the server so to fix 1 simple issue took 3-4 hrs, think about paying $300 and getting this poor services are not worthful.

I’ve been hosting with InterServer for about a month and haven’t had any issues so far. The site has been stable and performing well.
I recently locked myself out after triggering a firewall block due to failed SSH attempts (my mistake), and support responded quickly and unblocked my IP without any hassle.
Overall, a smooth experience so far and responsive support.
Their support is the best. They responded very quickly, often within an hour or so, with answers that solved my specific use case problems.
For a low cost hosting provider, I am very impressed and pleased with their service.
They tried to have me transfer my domain to a fictitious DNS. Support didn't speak English. sketchy all the way around. Horrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars.
As a customer, my experience with this service provider was far from positive. I received a fully managed VPS with 8 slices and encountered worse service in 2026. The setup was quick, but it was not correct; rushing the configuration puts you at complete risk. I have doubts about the company's level 2 tech support, as they seem unsure about managing the VPS. My VPS is frequently unavailable, and when I inquired last time, they mentioned it was frozen. When I asked why it was frozen, they claimed they had no logs. Upon further questioning, they stated that logging hadn't been configured yet. While they appear to be affordable, the quality is lacking. I'm simply sharing my experience with them.
I was in search of dependable hosting for several smaller sites, primarily Wordpress, at an affordable price, and grew frustrated with the common low initial offers from most providers followed by significant price hikes. In 2022, I transitioned to a new service and have been very pleased with their consistent pricing, user-friendly interface, and excellent uptime. I typically submit one or two support requests each year, and every time, the responses have been prompt and effective. I am a satisfied customer.
