Do not purchase from here! Zero stars. This website is a drop shipping scam and I am actually embarrassed I didn't see this coming. The product I ordered looked completely different to what was advertised. It was almost laughable, the product was complete trash. I asked to return it for a refund and they were completely unprofessional and only offered an $8 refund for a $100 order. After asserting that this was insufficient and asking them once again to rectify the problem, they sent another email saying "thanks for the feedback" and said their customer service team was going on holiday... Do not order from here unless you hope to receive something completely unexpected that will inevitably go straight to landfill.

Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I previously shared my experience regarding an order where I was overcharged, but thankfully the payment platform recognized the issue and refunded me. I saved $75 because of their quick action. Now, five weeks have passed, and the product still hasn't arrived despite being marked as shipped on December 14. If it weren't for the payment platform, I would have lost $75 without receiving anything. I received no communication from the seller about any delays. I strongly advise against using this company! Whatever you're looking for, find it elsewhere from a more reputable seller!

Completely fraudulent experience

I ordered a spiral notebook through social media, thinking it was two for $28. The receipt showed $28 each, totaling $56, and then they charged over $75 on PayPal.
