They refuse to allow a full return, citing high postage costs, stating that 70% is the best they can provide. I have escalated the issue through a payment platform in hopes of securing a full refund. I would recommend steering clear of this service.
Should be Zero. The product we received was completely different from what was ordered. We intended to buy a DJ ornament with turntables, but instead got a small, poorly painted piece of plastic and a block of wood. We requested either the correct item or a refund. Although they offered a 20% refund, it's not worth even that amount based on what we received. This service feels like a scam, and now we are left without any responses after declining their offer. Please avoid this place to protect your hard-earned money and prevent disappointment. (We have already reached out via email, but like others, have received no replies after their inadequate refund offer.)
I would rate this service a negative 10 if possible. It's been 16 days since I placed my order for a whiskey advent calendar. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research beforehand, or I would have never chosen to order from them. Now, it's been 4 days without any shipping updates. When I reached out for assistance, they asked me to pay for a shipping update! Why would I do that? I strongly advise against ordering from this service.
I ordered an advent calendar expecting champagne but received a miniature version of a beer and wine calendar. The plastic bottles and hooks were not mentioned in the description. I thought it looked similar to what I usually get, especially at a reduced price, but it was a mistake. I would share photos to illustrate the issue if I could. Additionally, the product arrived late, and two doors opened so far contained tiny plastic replicas of lagers, not champagne. Lesson learned.
