I received the grounding blanket and love the softness. It was well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. I was dismayed to learn my home built in 1960 did not have grounded outlets (except one placed in a bathroom remodel 8 yrs ago). Ian responded quickly to my concerns and gave me 2 options, I could run a long extension cord from the bathroom to where I would like to use my blanket or order an outside grounding kit to run through a window to a site I wanted. I chose to order the outside kit. Other than a lot of thin cord along my bedroom wall and walking over getting in and out of bed, I am sleeping better at night. Not as much thrashing around to get comfortable and waking up more rested. I’ve only been using the blanket for a couple of weeks and will continue to see if it helps with my achy joints.
I think it is helping with me not hurting when I get up in the mornings. I generally would have to get out of bed because I hurt so I’m hoping it’s the sheet. I also hope it’s moving my blood better and having less inflammation but I just don’t know for sure
I ordered the grounding blanket because I thought I would get the most use out of it compared to the sheets or mats. My blanket arrived within 4 days of placing the order. I have used it consistently since then (about a month) and I do believe I am sleeping better and feeling less inflammation in my body.I had several questions that I didn't see the answers to on the web site, so I emailed those and did receive an email back with the answers to my questions. I am hopeful with continued use I will continue to see increased benefits.

To our surprise, we felt a huge difference in our aches, pains, feeling rested, and energy level after just one night. We had to spend the night out if town without our bedsheet and we're miserable the whole trip. We are back in our bed again feeling so much better. My aches and pains have improved so much.
