Wonderful customer service. I needed my bracelets mailed to the UK and the website wouldn’t allow me to put in my address, even though personalization was done at their London site instead of the US. I emailed them and Olivia personally assured me she would handle the address change herself. They were shipped out quickly (even with the holidays) and I just received them today. They’re perfect! I recently purchased a personalised leather bracelet. It was for for my husband's birthday. He doesnt wear much jewellery, but he loves it. The quality is excellent, and came in a lovely presentation box.Ordering was easy and the communication was excellent. The delivery was very quick. I will be ordering again

I purchased matching Beaded bracelets for my husband and son for Christmas. It was close to Christmas and I never thought they would arrive on time but they did! Communication was great so I knew where they were in the order/shipping process all along the way. The quality was amazing and the boys loved them! They said they were never taking them off. I love that they offered gold AND silver accents too! They came in a velvet drawstring bag which was inside of a very masculine metal box. Great for presentation. Highly recommend and would definitely buy from Forge and Foundry again! They went above and beyond my expectations.
