Delivery was missing two items, but customer service was extremely responsive and immediately shipped out the missing items. Product itself still requires some getting used to - the clay is much firmer than I anticipated, but good news is does not clump and maintains a good hold.
feels very nice after putting it on. Only a little is needed to put through all of my hair and still makes it glossy. All of the products make my hair feel really nice and healthy. I would recommend to all my friends especially the organ oil that makes my hair feel sensational.
I didn’t notice a difference when using the volume mousse. I’m not saying it’s a bad product or doesn’t have other benefits. I just don’t think it does much for thinning hair, which is how it was marketed. The powder works reasonably well.
The package showed two bottles of each product, however, I got one bottle of each. While, the post/ad just said a number of day of product which I think matches. I would have preferred smaller bottles to have two over the large bottle. So far it’s a 3 star product.
The customer service first off all is amazing. I have not often had such a great experience with any webshop before. They reply very quickly with all the information I asked for. I purchased the Volume shampoo and conditioner and even though it had to be shipped overseas it arrived within a week. So they go all the way to give their customers the best service. Forte chrome clay is a fantastic product I have thick hair this is the best for keeping my hair in place lots of texture and no clumping easy to restyle and wash out.I’ve tried so many different products this is by far the best.Thank you.👍👍
