I was initially skeptical about the shampoo and conditioner due to my very coarse, damaged hair, but the shampoo lathered nicely. The conditioner was a bit tricky to use, and I needed to apply quite a bit of leave-in styling product to detangle, but my hair felt fabulous afterward.
