Having joined Fortray Global Services in September 2024 was, without a doubt, the absolute best decision I could make for my career path. I am overjoyed to announce to all my followers that as of February 2026, I have managed to land a job as an IT Field Technician at Getronics. Throughout my training, I was able to complete my MD-102, MD-100, and CompTIA N+ courses, all of which came with intense hands-on training to ensure I had a technical advantage in the market. The support I received during my placement was simply exceptional and beyond my expectations.
To start off, I would like to give a huge shoutout to Muhammad Rehan and Urooj Fatima for their incredible mock interviews. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Hassan for his incredible support and guidance during my job hunt. The support I received from Hassan was a total game-changer. I am extremely happy with my results and would like to highly recommend Fortray Global Services to everyone who is serious about starting a successful career in the IT field.
i recently joined in fortray for a course data analytics and my induction class had taked by rajey shah and he was explained properly understandable way and also zainab came to explain how my course pathway structure and she helped to clear my doubts.
My experience with Fortray Consultancy in London was mixed but positive overall. I completed the Business Analysis Master Course job guarantee program with Simplilearn, and the staff were really supportive throughout, especially with mock interviews, CV writing, and LinkedIn profile optimisation and interview preparation.
Despite completing additional certifications, I was unable to enter the entry level business analyst role due to limited practical unpaid experience. After about 10 months of trying, I secured a role as a Procurement Systems Specialist, which was more aligned with my purchasing background, though some BA knowledge was useful.
I’d recommend Fortray to professionals who already have some relevant experience even in different country and are looking to formalise their skills.
The session on the IT support industry was very informative and well-structured. Topics such as ITSM, ITIL, network monitoring tools, and Jira were explained very clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. The trainer ensured that every concept was covered thoroughly and took the time to answer all doubts patiently. Overall, it was a great learning experience, and I would definitely recommend Trainer Haider Ali for anyone looking to gain a strong understanding of the IT support domain.

So far, I am genuinely pleased with my experience. The sales representative who onboarded me has been incredibly helpful from the start. Her assistance has made this journey much easier. Today, I had my induction, which was conducted in a calm and clear manner, making everything easy to understand. I look forward to providing an even more positive review as my training progresses.
