Decent strains enjoyed the strawberry haze the most and the Rolex helped me sleep however the mylars bags they came in were plain silver not what is advertised on the website. I know it doesn't affect the product however it was kind of sad to see I wasn't able to promote it on my canna insta page because the bags did not look appealing
Really good quality, smells amazing, lovely buds, tried 4 different strains and I'm happy with them all. I was buying from my previous supplier for a while but the quality went down hill so I will be buying from fortune flavours from now on. Very pleased.
it’s been almost a month since I made my order and then didn’t receive it for a week. I then had to reach out to the company to ask where it was and only then did they tell me that my items were out of stock - I had ordered two different strains and they only sent me one with some extra of that one (sent without asking first whether this was adequate compensation) , so they still failed to deliver on one of my two originally ordered products. I flagged this to them and then had to chase *again*. they assured me that strain was now back in stock and they would be sending it to me. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since last correspondence and I still don’t have my item or a refund. Awful customer service. needs a lot of prompting and they use the excuse of being a family-run business, but in all honesty that is of no relevance when it comes to customer service and consumer law.
