My recent visits to the local market have been disappointing. The quality of the produce has noticeably declined. I encountered rotten lemons, mushy green grapes, and badly bruised apples, not to mention the high prices! It seems they've slipped to a lower quality level. Unfortunately, I think I'll try a different store for my next shopping trip.
I purchased the caramel cheddar popcorn, but I was left unimpressed despite the favorable reviews I encountered. There were hardly any pieces of caramel popcorn—maybe around 12 in the whole bag. The image on the packaging is quite misleading. I won't be purchasing this again.

My daughter arranged a cooking class for my husband and me. Unfortunately, I mixed up the date and missed it. When my daughter contacted the service to reschedule, not asking for a refund, they declined. They received their payment and showed no concern for the customer. This experience makes me reconsider future shopping with them. Why not simply reschedule the class? It feels dismissive.

We ordered a Thanksgiving meal from the service this year, having used another caterer before. The turkey, meant to be precooked, turned out dry after following the reheating instructions precisely. The gravy was watery and flavorless, and the green beans were undercooked. The stuffing was the only redeeming part of the meal. We were very disappointed, especially considering the cost, and won't order it again.

She even offered to make some for me, knowing I regularly buy them. When I arrived, they were ready as promised. Diana's enthusiasm for her job and her willingness to help customers is commendable. The account resets often, requiring a password entry at checkout. Today, the fast checkout machine incorrectly charged me for carrots. After waiting for assistance for over 10 minutes, I decided to accept the price difference in favor of the service. This is frustrating!
