This faucet looks great and works very well so far. In addition, I got a stopper component for the bottom of the sink, that was a great surprise. The knobs turn in the same direction and is of great quality compared to the older less expensive model that I returned because it leaked

The product was good, but the packaging was insufficient. On the first delivery, one piece was broken due to inadequate protection. There was excessive plastic used, which contributed to pollution, and it wasn't placed effectively to safeguard the items. Quite disappointing!
