I bought a limited time edition Ysl vanille courte fragrance on Jan 27th. It said it would take 1-2 weeks to “preorder” and ship well it’s now the 18th of February. I’ve been trying to contact them via email and all they say is it’ll ship soon, only the label has been made and they even told me it would get here last Monday well that’s came and went. I’ve heard good things about this website but unfortunately it’s just been a bad experience, I hope I get my fragrance soon or at least my money back at this point.

Was super excited to order from this company due to all the positive reviews about fast shipping and great service. Ordered YSL Libre Vanille Couture on the 18th as a pre-order with shipping supposed to go out on 23rd. Label was created on the 19th and here it is the 24th and order still has not been shipped. Customer service has not respond to my inquiries and seem non-existent. This is very frustrating. Will file a dispute with my banking I don’t hear back soon!
