They used to send a little chocolate with every purchase which I thought was really lovely
That has discontinued
But otherwise a good service
Prompt, easy to use website and my items usually arrive quickly and no issues and can donate to charity too

I discovered Millies abut 5 years ago, since then they have been the only place I purchase my skin care and hair care products. Customer service, choice of brands, delivery time and price of product cant be matched. Would 100% recommend them to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
I have looked for sooooo long to buy the burst floss (the black one from burst oral care) and this shop is the only one that started selling in europe ! The delivery fee was around 8€ but it is really reasonable since you can buy multiple at once so the price was really good per unit in the end!!
The delivery was fast, less than a week and I got a discount for the next order so I already placed and order with more floss haha

I’ve ordered a Dyson airwrap from Millies and got the parcel literally next day. They had an offer on, which meant I got a Dyson hair brush and a box full of different hair products worth €75 for free. I was pleasantly surprised to find even more when I opened my parcel! A box of Lindt chocolates, a few different samples and miniatures as well as a pack of electrolytes! What an amazing customer services, I’ll be definitely coming back for more. First order from Milllies last week using a discount code . It arrived very quickly. Opened package to find a free sample and two lindor chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Ordered a shampoo / conditioner set late on Tuesday night this week and it arrived this morning with more chocolate. Brilliant service and will definitely use again

I enjoy supporting local businesses, and my recent order of a single item was a pleasure. The team was wonderful to interact with and processed my order swiftly. However, I did find it a bit excessive that a small makeup item arrived in a large box, which felt unnecessary and wasteful.
