Ordered two original fragrances from FragranceOutlet and they both came very fast and were perfectly packaged. The smells were real, lasted a long time and were priced better than most places retail. Checkout was smooth and good experience overall.
When a fragrance addict who truly loves and adores fragrances shops for scents they want to smell as they choose vs being offered everything else they didn't ask to smell. I understand asking if I would like to try some recommendations or sale items but the sales rep continuously added 2 and 3 new scents I didn't care to smell that weren't similar or like any of the picks I made, you go nose blind after a few sniffs and it made it more difficult for me to selectively smell and choose what I preferred to seek out and actually purchase. I wanted to point out that many of the perfumes you stock are over priced, I realize you are in a store with over head costs that push those prices but when I asked about several costs they were quite higher than the online costs by $75 to $100 more. Example - $176.00 for VR Good Fortune. Fragrance net has it priced at $69.00 for 3.04 oz. today. It's authentic and verified, I shop with them often. This is a very steep price increase and I was sad to know I can't walk into your store and feel confident to get a good price when I can wait a week and save that much $$. Your store is nice but the prices are driving away consumers.
We had a phenomenal experience at the Tanger Outlets Foley location. Regina went above and beyond to help us find the right scent and even made the experience special for our 9 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will absolutely be back. Thank you again, Ms. Regina!
The Kind Lady helped me with a Varity of different fragrances i had my mind set on this particular cologne i was so disappointed they sold out of it but she showed a lot of patience helped me pick out a new scent i love this cologne. Thank you so much for helping me
