I’ve had a good experience browsing and ordering the Freego X2 Pro from the website. It honestly exceeded my expectations that it has tons of power and feels very stable on both streets and trails!
Like many customers online, I’ve seen both positive and critical feedback about deliveries and support, so I made sure to read reviews first. Overall, I found the customer service team was helpful when I had questions, and the bike I received rides smoothly and feels solid for its price point. There were a couple small hiccups along the way, but nothing that took the enjoyment out of owning the bike.

Twice now I have tried to order replacement parts for my DK200 and both times after having paid full price for my parts they canceled my order for no other reason other than I wouldn't take a picture of my bike to show them. They say that it's so they don't send the wrong part because different companies make their parts for them That's a load of BS because a part is a part and there is no technical know-how needed when replacing these parts. Beware of buying a bike from them because if you need replacement parts it's a good chance that they won't ship them and if they do it takes forever for them to ship it. They say they have a US warehouse but I've yet to see it. They also say that they have free shipping and nowhere does it say that it doesn't apply to replacement parts yet I was charged for shipping. So be prepared to get charged for shipping if you're buying replacement parts.
Horrible customer I've been lied to but service reps from the very beginning of ordering replacement rim for my x2. Took a month and a halfto receive a rim that's totally diffrent from what comes on the bike to begin with. Was total 3 to 8 days when I placed my order and that it was coming from the USA warehouse, lie one it came from China, oh and just my luck the country was having their 10 holiday nice to have been informed about that one. Then that our was sent out but that still took like 4 or 5 days before it real left and started to come to the USA. Called to talk with someone but guess what there is no supervisor to talk to or anyone in that case they only talk through email. They only thing I was offered was to receive the rim which I've looked for three months to find the rim else were but nope you can only find it through freego, so send it back and all have a broken bike or they so send me diffrent spokes nipples which they say will fix the problem but pretty sure I'll need diffrent spokes as well cuz like i said totally diffrent rim. The company's a joke and from what I see doesn't care about customer satisfaction to the least bit. So unless you like being lie to and d!<% around don't but freego it will just be huge headache.
So far everything about dealing with freego has been great. I ordered the F3 pro Max but it wasn’t in stock so I’m currently trying to resolve this issue. I felt the need to write this review because of someone I spoke to on the Freego team, Jacob was an incredible help in answering all my questions and I thought that should be recognized. It’s always hard to find someone easy to talk to on the phone but he was a pleasure. He helped me lock in on the bike I really want and definitely helped in leading me in my decision on purchasing a bike. I really look forward to receiving my bike the F3 Pro as long as it’s in stock.

I couldn't believe I could get so much bike for such a great price.In conclusion, if you're in the market for a high-performance electric motorcycle without breaking the bank, the FREEGO NOVA 3 is the way to go. It offers unbeatable quality, speed, and power at a price that can't be beaten. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I spent $2,500 on this bike and have had issues from day one first the battery was no good after reaching out to customer service and providing proof they helped me and got new battery great thank you . Also rims were out of true or bent from factory I still have not got any replies about sending me replacement I’m disappointed I spent a lot of money on this bike I use it to commute and I shouldn’t have to come out of pocket and buy new rims because it’s brand new and I shouldn’t have these issues so my review is one star because how can u sell something for 2,500$ and it need to be fixed Yamaha Honda companies like that I buy a bike it’s ready to go and if not the dealer takes care any issues so buyers beware of freego bikes
