I was initially unsure, but these products are fantastic! I bought a window cleaning set, and the results are remarkable—my windows are spotless with just water! I also tried the haze remover on my windshield, which had been a nuisance. After one application, my inside windshield is now clear and haze-free, and that was a few weeks ago. Additionally, I got a dusting glove and cloth, a shower cleaning kit, and a starter kitchen set. You really need to check these out—they're essential!
Their customer service is unresponsive. It's now 3 p.m., and I’ve been leaving messages since 11 a.m. for a callback. The live chat isn’t helpful either, and I haven’t received a response to my email! Update: I finally got a call at 5 p.m. The representative was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. All is forgiven. Thank you.
I'm really impressed with these cleaning products. The mop is especially great. With a new puppy, I often find myself cleaning the floor multiple times a day, and it's so much easier now. I just bought four new mop heads to ensure I always have one ready. Plus, shipping was quick. I highly recommend these products!
