Few issues setting it up but the support have been spot on, the fact you can’t delay pension contributions for the first 3 months is frustrating as I run a business in a high volume of staff turnover sector but we shall seeHopefully going forward things will settle down

They are always quick and helpful to sort out any issues I have & are really patient in ensuring I have understood exactly what I need to do. No problem seems to large or small for them. I have been really impressed by the helpful transition to a totally different style of completing payroll. It also automatically completes returns for HMRC. And it's free :-)
