Haven't started using the platform yet. But the online support team are really helpful! Especially Riccardo, answered all my questions which some of them I can actually googled myself :PAnyway will try out this free platform, though will be requested to sign up the pension scheme as well, Seems still worth to give it a try? And the platform allowed us to do the payroll by using basic rate while some software will have to use hourly rate.Will give an update after using it.
Great free payroll offering - which has been so nice to use for my small startup business with 1 employee.Whilst there is a lot to learn about payroll and getting PAYE setup with HMRC, this platform does make things easy and breaks everything down into easy steps, and prevents you going too far wrong.Also the team on the live-chat are exceptional! I have had very quick responses and detailed support given to me which is absolutely incredible as I would have really struggled without them.Legends! Thanks for offering this free service to small businesses like mine.

I have been looking for a free payroll provider for some time when I came across Collegia's FreePayroll. The software is simple and easy to use and provides me with just what I need (especially with Pensions taken care of too), and the customer service through the chat function is even better. Everyone is very willing to help, especially Eduardo and Riccardo who I have been dealing with, even staying late after the chat times finish to help me with a problem I had so I could run payroll on time. I just ran my first payroll on FreePayroll today, and it went better than I could have imagined, and much better than what I had previously on MoneySoft!
I'm new to Freepayroll. The initial set up was easy. I identified an issue prior to running my first pay roll. Contacted support through chat. The AI assistant was good but couldn't resolve the issue. Chat was transferred to the live support team. Issue resolved immediately. Great support!
