Unable to search for various property types - a significant regression!

The inability to search for multiple property types is a major setback! Not everyone is a real estate mogul searching for a mansion. The fact that this feature is only available later in the search process reflects poorly on the technical team. I left a negative review based on the initial experience. The option for 'multiple property types' should be on the first page, while the second page already received my feedback. In fact, all the results are subpar. When I try to filter out house shares and retirement options, I still get house shares and retirement listings! It's incredibly frustrating. I think I'll switch to another platform.

Difficulties with property type searches

It's frustrating that searching for multiple property types is not an option. This feels like a significant regression! Not everyone is a property mogul searching for a mansion. The fact you allow this in later searches shows a lack of capability in your IT team. I left a poor review based on my initial experience. The results I got were unsatisfactory. Filtering out house shares or retirement properties still led to those types appearing. Completely unacceptable. I might try another platform.

Unreasonable ID requirements

It's completely unreasonable to require ID in addition to the Deeds and proof of purchase. Are you suggesting your website is immune to hacks? This requirement is excluding many users, as noted in other feedback. You are not the judge of this; tenants can prove ownership through the land registry, not by showing ID.

Issues with referencing process

I'm having trouble with the referencing process, which is very hard to navigate due to the team's apparent lack of training. They seem inexperienced and make assessments without all the necessary information. I often find myself having to explain how to proceed, and they don't allow enough time for the process to unfold. They expect everything to be resolved in a single day and often fail to pass referencing, wasting valuable time.

While I understand the intention is to ensure safety and accessibility, it has become an inconvenience.
