The inability to search for multiple property types is a major setback! Not everyone is a real estate mogul searching for a mansion. The fact that this feature is only available later in the search process reflects poorly on the technical team. I left a negative review based on the initial experience. The option for 'multiple property types' should be on the first page, while the second page already received my feedback. In fact, all the results are subpar. When I try to filter out house shares and retirement options, I still get house shares and retirement listings! It's incredibly frustrating. I think I'll switch to another platform.

It's completely unreasonable to require ID in addition to the Deeds and proof of purchase. Are you suggesting your website is immune to hacks? This requirement is excluding many users, as noted in other feedback. You are not the judge of this; tenants can prove ownership through the land registry, not by showing ID.
