Communication was good and it is a shame the product did not suit me. I avoid anything synthetic and I found the taste so artificial I had to throw it away as I wasn’t invited to return it for a refund which I think would have been a better option FACTSI contacted Free Soul hoping to return and have a refund and was merely offered money off next purchase so their reply is not exactly truthful
