Subscribed and was promised that a pre-order contact is always made before your next subscription order is placed, so that you can postpone it if not needed yet or if away. Twice now the order has been placed with no pre-order warning message. Not great.
The order and delivery process was great, but the electrolytes for me were undrinkable. They're just too salty. I appreciate they have a high level of sodium. I've since reached out to Free Soul and they have kindly sent me a product replacement. Looking forward to trying the collagen gummies!
Website was easy to navigate and online purchases were clear in what would be a monthly purchase and a one-time purchase. The welcome emails are informative and friendly and I have recommended the site to my family. Very pleased with my purchases! I struggled when trying another brand of greens with the taste however the slightly flavoured greens from free soul are delicious! I look forward to purchasing more in the future and reaping the benefits for my health!
