I ordered a pair of glasses that unfortunately did not suit me. I wanted to return them, but after reaching out to customer service, I found out that I needed to create my own return label to send them back to another country. For a consumer, the return cost is almost equal to the price of the glasses, which essentially forces you to keep them.
I recommend these blue light blockers! The frames are surprisingly high quality, even better than my regular glasses. They’re comfortable and reasonably priced. When I encountered a small issue with my order, it was resolved quickly. Excellent value compared to other brands!
I had a disappointing experience. I reached out to customer service three times regarding lens protection but never received a response. The site vaguely mentions 'advanced protection' without details. When the sunglasses arrived, I didn’t like the fit and requested a return. Despite claiming 'hassle-free' returns, they tried to pressure me into keeping them due to high return costs. They later emailed me saying I could keep the glasses and receive a discount on my next order, but when I double-checked, they denied it. I expected much more from the company; it was quite disappointing.

This is not how a company should operate. I was initially impressed with the founder's approach but feel this is not a consumer-friendly policy.
