Ordered Tyres and waited for full 10 days, then I enquired about the my order and asked gently the delivery date but no response. After 3 days, received a reply that your order is cancelled for reason unknown. I wasted 15 days to get and since the summer season is approaching lost the opportunity to order something that time when the prices were low. The same Tyres are expensive now.

Very bad service. I placed order #53250100 on the 27th of August 2024, but I still could not get it at the end of October 2024. The communication is horrible: I must write a few times to confirm the replacement. And I still get the same question about getting a replacement. I strongly do not recommend this service.
The package was never received; in their delivery status, they said delivered, but when I contacted them, they said it was shown at our Partenaire warehouse, and they still need to wait.I had a horrible experience with their website bugs to contact them. nightmare company
