Simple and easy to use, easy to contact. I tried calling and no one answered thought there you go another scam and felt helpless. Couple of minutes later received a callback, I did not even leave a voice message. It seems there 1 guy to handle and sometime it can get overwhelming. They did help fix the mistake I mad. Thank you
Do NOT, I mean it! Don’t waste your time and money with this company. They charged my account wouldn’t answer any of my phone calls, nor emails. Then finally had someone to answer me and the first thing I asked for was a refund because I had used a different company to file my 2290 and were very helpful. These guys lied to me that irs didn’t accept my 2290 that it wasn’t their issue and wouldn’t help me to solve the issue. Honestly very extremely disappointed and wouldn’t never use it again or even recommend it to ANYONE. I have yet not received my refund will have to contact my bank to get my money back.
