Never ordered but as I have walked past the depo a few times I have witnessed and heard the way staff are treated by management and spoken to has been disgusting. Unprofessional behaviour from an outsider, face to face and phone calls. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
There is something wrong with your blue top milk. I have a milk frother to make a cappuccino or latte. When I use milk from Tesco the milk froths. For the last few weeks I've been getting your milk and the frother makes it bubbly and not frothy. I thought my frother was busted. Today I went to tesco and go their milk and its froths again. My frother is good. Your milk isn't. It's either not blue top amd is watered down or something else. Please rectify this. I've been getting my freshway milk from a couple of shops in Tendring, Essex
For the past 2/3 months every bottle of fresh ways milk I’ve had from the shop goes off after a couple of days in the fridge but almost a week before the BBE of the bottle, it’s frustrating why londis don’t sell cravendale anymore, we’re stuck with this dud brand
If this was the Freshways that deliver to Costa Coffee at Foster Square,Bradford I can only say that if jeering at passers-by is standard, I wouldn't use their services myself. I have made complaint and we will see if diversity issues matter to this company.Update. I have had a response from the manager following my complaint. He assures me that an internal investigation will take place
