Return policy and lack of transparency!

I bought a shirt size XL and was not careful checking how Fruugo operates. Fruugo is only a marketplace and to my negative surprise I bought the t-shirt actually from a Chinese merchant and sizing of the shirt was so small. I considered returning the item, which is made rather difficult thanks to all cost going to the customer. In this case cost of sending the item back to China would greatly surpass the value of the item, i.e. don't bother! Had I known better, I'd have shopped elsewhere.

Disappointed

I never got my item. I wrote two times and asked, where my item is, and when will I receive it. I got one answer that it is on the way. I did not get my money back either. I am very disappointed. I never use Fruugo again.

Scam?

Be careful. I bought some chopsticks and now it's been a few days AFTER the latest delivery date. I tried contacting them and got a response (which I suppose is automated) giving a useless tracking link and giving some non-sensical estimates. At least it was a cheap purchase, so not that much money wasted.
