PLEASE don't waste your Money.

PLEASE don't waste your Money. 1. They are sending cheap duplicate products. Doesn't matter what model number or brand you order. 2. The delivery is very slow. It took more than two months. 3. Customer service is a joke. You will just get a reply within 2-3 days, but the reply is just going to disappoint you more than their products.

I didn’t realize my package had already…

I didn’t realize my package had already arrived so I sent a message to Fruugo asking where my package was because the tracking link didn’t work. They answered within 24h and were very keen to help. I then realized I had my package but was impressed by the customer service.
