The product arrived nicely packaged and the quality of the tea is good. The only minus was the delayed delivery that most possibly was impacted by corona virus situation.

Fruugo only respond if you give them 1 star reviews on Trustpilot

No answer to previous messages. Finally got a response after leaving a 1 star review on the Trustpilot website, but only to ask for more info. I have already sent several messages with all of the info I have, order numbers, receipts from Tulli etc etc.Please refund the Customs Duty as promised by your website prior to making the order...I will never order via Fruugo again and I would not recommend ordering from this website. The toys we received are inferior quality and have broken with limited use.

By train via Russia from China to Finland better

The products and the prices are fine. Unfortunately the delivery leaves something to hope for. Why don't you send goods via Russia by train? A direct link from China to Finland. It would also be much more ecological than taking the cargo flight first from China to Germany, then from Germany to Netherlands, the boat from there to Estonia and then again from Estonia to Finland. Unnecessarily complicated and non-ecological.

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, i got informed about where the package was every day. The only thing i wondered was that the package was many days in China, but it is a big country, thats explains it.
