Terrible company, don't waste your time.They blocked my payout due to violations they supposedly found during the first phase — but only checked it a second time after I had already applied for the payout. I waited exactly a month just to receive a rejection! They manipulate their vague rules however they want. Clearly, they don’t have enough money to pay traders, so they delay payouts and responses for over a month. While your payout is being processed, you can’t trade on your account.All you get from them are empty promises that “things will get better,” but in reality, their service and attitude toward clients get worse every day.They’ll do everything to make sure you don’t get paid. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews posted in batches — read the one-star reviews instead, they’re far more truthful.The company’s owner acts like a little kid — he shares his own clients’ data in a Telegram channel and even banned someone’s account just for asking a question on Discord. It’s probably one of the worst companies you’ll ever find.
0 stars. All payouts were delayed. The last one has been processing since March 21 (already 6 weeks). Support is rude, and the so-called “rules” are just recommendations — until they decide to take away a user’s account, at which point these “recommendations” suddenly become strict rules.
I experienced a suspicious price spike on XAU/USD during the rollover period (00:00 UTC+2) on Fundead Masters' platform, which triggered my stop-loss and caused a loss. This spike, nearly 1%, did not appear on any major brokers such as OANDA, ICMarkets, Forex.com, or Pepperstone. When I reported the issue, support gave copy-paste answers blaming market conditions, without addressing the fact that no other broker had such a candle. This raises serious concerns about price integrity and transparency. Use at your own risk.
if it was possible to put 0 stars, then I would do so. you have to wait for payments for several months, if the support does not like even one of your words, then they immediately ban you. on challenges they throw off your accounts and cut the leverage for unknown reasons. in general, this is crap, do not buy
Underwater rules, payouts delays, rude customer support if it comes to payout delays questions. All that Dima CEO says about his product is a lie, and if you point on his lies you just get banned, because nobody wants to hear truth at this company. Dima thinks that 50+ 1 star reviews its just haters that only want to offend him, so good luck with that type of business development
Completed the first phase and got my live account the very next day. The support team is amazing, always quick to respond and super helpful. The pricing is great too, especially with all the promos. After my first fail, they gave me a 25% discount on a new account — such a nice bonus!
