I cannot endorse this agency; they are deceitful. I recently vacated a property with no damages at all, and this agency is attempting to charge me £865 unjustly. I possess all the evidence to back my claim! They are dishonest, and I would not recommend them to landlords or agents!
My experience as a tenant with this agency has been extremely disappointing. I feel that my family and I have been treated with contempt and a lack of empathy. While I could elaborate on my experience, I advise any tenant considering this agency to proceed with caution. I urge them to clarify what "unknown and other" charges refer to on a deposit. Additionally, our case manager has been rude and ineffective in communication.
