Disappointed with the delivery service for my nephews' swing set

I regret having to write this review, but on December 11th, I ordered a swing set for my nephews, believing it would arrive in time for Christmas, as stated on the website. Unfortunately, it has yet to be delivered. I reached out to the company via email on December 21st, thinking it should have arrived by then, and was informed that due to congestion, they switched to a different delivery service. I followed up with emails on December 23rd, 28th, 30th, and again after their break, but I have received no response or updates about my order. I contacted the delivery service, who requested the consignment number, and I asked the company for that number to follow up, but I still haven't heard back. It saddens me that my nephews' Christmas gift did not arrive on time and remains missing. I even tried calling their customer service today, but both phone lines are unavailable. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Unreliable service for holiday gifts

I ordered a gift on December 1st, with the promise it would arrive before Christmas. I ordered ahead of the December 15th cutoff, but the item never arrived, leaving my daughter without her present. Gift order disappointment
