I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing from this site. I thought it all looked above board because the prices also seemed to reflect genuine Jellycat RRP. However, the moment I received my confirmation email, it said I’d get a ‘free’ Jellycat thrown in! Wait. What? Immediately, I knew this was a scam and tried to ask for a refund using their misspelled support address. I also tried the support email on their website. I’ve emailed every day for the last week but never got any response. Amazingly the goods did arrive though and sadly they are fake. Weird serial numbers (or none at all), poor quality rip offs at Jellycat prices. Buyers be aware!!!

ZERO STARS!!

ZERO STARS!!! I did not receive my order that i placed over 4 weeks ago. Absolutely no reply from multiple e-mails and my tracking number does not work. I ended up ordering from the original Jellycat site in the end, wish I had just done this in the first place!!!! Won't make this mistake again.... So disappointing.

Scam website. Every product has 6 reviews with the same stock answer. Products are fake jellycat from China and seem to either not arrive at all or take ages to arrive if they do with prices the same as official jellycat. Avoid completely

Please don't make the mistake that I did, this company is a SCAM selling fake Jelly Cats. The webdite/company name often changes slightly. I ordered 2 Jelly Cats believing this to be a genuine retailer because of the reviews on their website (I should have checked) and I could use the Shop App to pay for the goods.

Fake products, do not buy from here!

Fake products, the items arrived with wonky eyes and the ears the wrong way round. They have the jellycat label but definitely aren’t authentic products. I’ve emailed to return but heard nothing back! Do not buy from here
