I purchased 3 borneo crabs last spring. They were DOA but aquaticmotiv staff responded quickly to my questions and provided a full refund (minus shipping cost, which is fair). Tried again this week and they arrived healthy, active, and very personable! The crabs are also eating pellets, which is great, they seem very well adapted to tank life and much more robust than wild caught crabs would be.The snails and plants I received were also very healthy, exactly as described. I would definitely order again, excellent customer service and very unique crabs.
Purchase two orders of snails of 3packs and both orders were pack well,ship super fast and price was great,and responded to each my emails and explain everything I ask them, all snail we’re alive and healthy ,over night clean my whole aquarium of brown algae the main reason purchase them, plus bonus how pretty they look in it..
