Despite submitting my prescription, the clinic failed to properly review the information provided and did not follow through as promised. They repeatedly requested the same documents, and when I finally spoke to the pharmacist, she was unfamiliar with key details. My prescription listed Tirzepitide, but she claimed it wasn’t recognized in the UK. Why would a pharmacist not look it up before contacting me? They also asked for my location, despite my shipping address being in the UK. I found the entire process invasive and frustrating.
