When I went for my eye check up to the branch in Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth, I received a great service from all staff members. The optician approached me with care and examined me thoroughly. I went home, pleased that my concerns were addressed and I was given a routine to improve my vision.
I was also very impressed with their sense of fashion and style - Opticians with style!
Everyone is really friendly, professional and helpful. The eye tests are always very thorough,they are always willing to take as much time as needed and explain things very clearly.
Theres a good selection of frames and they are always great at providing suggestions and giving feedback.

We’ve been coming to this opticians for years and the service has always been amazing. Saida and Sabira at the Willesden branch are outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They’ve also been excellent with my three children, making them feel comfortable and well looked after every time. Always a great experience and highly recommended.
I had an excellent experience at the Willesden branch of Eye Emporium, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Saida Hamir was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and super communicative throughout the entire appointment.She took the time to clearly explain all of my results in a way that was easy to understand, which made a huge difference and left me feeling reassured and well cared for. I never felt rushed at any point.The rest of the team were just as impressive — every member of staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and professional. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an optician. I’ll definitely be returning.
My daughter had an appointment today and we were kindly greeted by the reception staff. The actual optician Najiya had such a lovely presence and manner. My daughter is very anxious about her eyesight and Najiya was so calm and informative she really put my daughter’s mind at rest. I would throughly recommend this opticians and the staff that work here. Very impressed
