Review Time
The quality of the pictures and frames is disappointing. The frames are weak and tend to fall apart easily; even a gentle touch can cause the wood to bend, and the metal clamps frequently detach when attempting to reposition a picture. While the paper quality is acceptable, the pixel quality is noticeably low, resulting in most images looking blurry. We ordered numerous pictures for our location in Norway, and I feel that the amount we spent, over £1800, was not worth it.
I ordered posters for an event, but since they arrived late, I wanted to return them for a refund. Nearly a month has passed, and I still haven't received my money back. Each representative I speak to says it has been processed or that they will follow up, but I have received no updates or my refund. I do not recommend this service!
Don't waste your time and money! The printing quality is terrible, with colors resembling those from a low-quality office printer. The frame arrived with scratched plastic glass, and even the poster was slightly oversized, making it impossible to fit into the frame.

I hesitated to order due to some reviews, but decided to try one item first. The ordering process was straightforward, and communication was excellent. I ordered a print on August 4th and received confirmation that same day. By August 6th, I was notified it was on its way, and on August 7th, the courier provided updates with an estimated delivery of the 12th. To my surprise, it arrived a day early on the 11th, and the packaging was exceptional. The print quality was flawless! Coming from a design background, I only accept high standards, and I was not let down. Therefore, I believe a 5-star rating is deserved.
This was a total waste of money. They sent me a low-quality print that I could have done better myself at the office. The shipping and return costs exceeded the price of the poster, so I ended up throwing it away and losing my money. Customer support didn’t even offer to cover return shipping, so I advise against ordering from this seller as it feels like a scam.
I was hesitant to order after seeing some negative reviews, but I'm thrilled with my prints. They matched the description on the website, are true to size, and are printed on beautiful quality paper. The packaging was also impressive, ensuring no damage. They arrived on time as promised. I would highly recommend and would order again.
