I’m curious as to how a person has almost 3,000 entries in a contest, And still doesn’t win at least one prize out of 26 in a drawing. This seems to be a constant theme I’m encountering with this organization, the third time now. There needs to be transparency, as far as these winners, with their picture so that we, the public, can keep track and determine whether this is legitimate or not. For all we know they are just posting random names. When I did get a response from someone through email, they stated that they don’t control the drawings! Huh, well who does! That’s exactly my point. At this point, I feel that I should take my complaints and have them looked at by state and federal officials.

An email from the Georgia Lottery offered me $2 to play any online game. I opened their app and used the $2 in free play to purchase a ticket to play KENO ONLINE. I chose 10 numbers and was excited when I got 6 out of 10 correct. I checked the live online draw number against my ticket draw number and the were a perfect match. But 3 words appeared on the ticket saying: “NOT A WINNER” I called the Georgia Lottery and the first agent was openly RUDE. The second customer service agent literally hung up on me. The third agent was polite and appologized for their behavior took my email address and said she wrote up a ticket of my problem. I have heard nothing since. I wondered how many thousands of others online players have also been screwed like this.
The Georgia Lottery Diggi games are a scram. I have been playing for years. I am seriously thinking on closing my account. The account is only good for playing your numbers when you cannot get to a store. Please, please save your money on the Diggi games. The odds on your winning is zero. When you play a game on a $1 per spin and you win only 10 cent, bad odds. And if you win say like $30, your next spins will be 30 getting the money back. My advice to anyone, dont waste your money on Diggi games. Ye, gambling is a game of chance but when the odds are winning is not great,be smart. DON'T PLAY!
Georgia lottery is ripping players off with those scratche off tickets. The $10 - 50 times tickets. I bought $40 or $50 of tickets for the last 2 months at all locations in Albany ga. Never won a 50- ticket. Because Georgia lottery is not putting the 50- time on any of the tickets. The most you win 15 or 20 dollars. People ga lottery is taking our money. In the last 2 months I've spent over $500 on these tickets
Diggi game ripoff. Every time I spend my money to play a game, the game try’s to crash or reload in the middle of me playing the game. Usually happen if I win a small amount y’all call a prize in the previous game. So I’m thinking that is to cause me to lose in that game. Say’s something like data issues before it starts the game completely over. Player’s don’t have a chance. Spent $2.50 bet to win a $0.02 cent prize. What the heck!!! Make it fair for the player’s. I play because it’s fun and to help the educational portion of it. But it’s beginning to be no fun no more. SAD. SAD.
