The toys in our first box were delightful, and there was a lovely treat for Mom too. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and I didn't receive responses to my emails, which raised concerns about it being a scam. Thankfully, everything resolved well in the end, and I'm looking forward to our next box.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this service due to its poor quality. If you encounter an issue, you have to send multiple emails, and often they go unanswered! When a box arrives, items are missing and you're informed they will arrive soon—yet two weeks later, nothing has shown up.
The delivery service was unacceptable as the package was left under a car, which then drove over it. No notification was left at the door, and I won't know until Christmas if there was any damage since I didn't find it for four days.
