Review Time
As a returning customer, I am frustrated with the level of service I’ve encountered. I paid in full for my order on 8 November, and as of 13 January 2026, I still have not received my two cushions. I reached out to customer service multiple times starting on 21 December. Each time, I was told they would check with their fulfillment team and get back to me, but no one ever followed up. I sent three follow-up emails a week apart, yet received no meaningful update or resolution. It’s disappointing and concerning how this situation has been managed, especially considering the order is over two months overdue. I expected significantly better communication and accountability from a service I previously trusted.
I am writing this review to caution others to exercise extreme care when dealing with this company. Our experience was quite negative due to their sales tactics and questionable business integrity.
We felt pressured into making a purchase by a "sale ending in 10 minutes" countdown on their site. Before buying, we specifically asked their chatbot about any airline restrictions for our flight. The chatbot clearly stated there were "no known restrictions with any airlines." Relying on this information and the urgency of the timer, we went ahead with the purchase.
Shortly after, we checked with our airline and discovered the product was actually prohibited. Further investigation revealed that our airline was listed on their own "known restrictions" page—indicating that their chatbot provided misleading information to secure a sale.
When we reached out for a refund due to this misleading guidance, they refused. They cited a "no refunds/store credit only" policy, despite the error being entirely their responsibility. We had to escalate the issue to the Ombudsman, who instructed this company to issue a refund for misleading conduct.
To make matters worse, even after the Ombudsman directed them to refund our money, they still did not reimburse the postage and packaging costs. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since the purchase was made based on incorrect information.
Lastly, we noticed the same "countdown timer" on the item again, suggesting that the "urgent sale" is merely a manipulative tactic to rush parents into buying. Very disappointing behavior from beginning to end.

The staff at this company are incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I haven't traveled with it yet, but I'm excited for my kids to have a more comfortable flight.
I've ordered several times from this company, and each time, my order arrives incredibly fast. I'm thrilled with my power bank, the kloud, and the free gifts I received (like bags). Even during busy sales, I reached out for assistance and received prompt, excellent customer service. I'm excited to see what they release next!
I bought two sky bunks for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old for a 6-hour flight. The inflation worked fine during testing, and my boys were happy using them initially. However, when it was time to sleep, one end of the skybunk dipped too much, causing my boys to roll into the seats in front of us. Despite being small for their age, they couldn't sleep comfortably, and we had to deflate the products. I contacted the company about the issue, but they repeatedly ignored my messages unless I followed up. They requested photos and confirmation from the airline, which I couldn't provide since we removed the skybunks at the request of other passengers. They even asked for a video of my sons lying on the skybunk, but recreating that environment was impossible. I believe the product itself is flawed, and the customer service experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this product.
I am absolutely obsessed with these headphones. I went back for a second pair for myself after trying my child's. I had a pair years ago meant for adults, but they were uncomfortable. These are fantastic! The speakers are encased in foam and incredibly comfortable. I love them, and the shipping was super fast with great quality.
