I was a first time customer. I ordered teas and have never received them. Customer service responded quickly to my emails stating my order must’ve gotten lost in the mail and they would be ship a new order. I still have not received anything.

I ordered three packs of tea each month for only 3 month not 1 year

I ordered three packs of tea each month for 3 month and got 6 packs for 12 months and now my shelves are full of Anti-Inflam_tea. The tea is good but the resealable packaging doesn't;t work. When opened the zip-lock style bag seal sticks to one side and can't use the reseal capability and for the 6 bags I have opened of the 48 still on hand this has been an issue.
