If I could rate this service a 0, I would. I placed my first order late on a Monday, and since Tuesday was a holiday, I waited for Wednesday to inquire about my order's status. I sent a polite message but received no response. The same happened on Thursday. Finally, on Friday, I got a reply stating my order would be sent the following Monday. That Monday came, and still no updates or communication regarding my order, despite their promise. I urge everyone to avoid this service; their customer support is non-existent, and I feel deceived.
I purchased shrimp food twice and received various items from Greece. Everything was delivered in excellent condition and well-protected. My shrimp really enjoy these products, and the prices are very reasonable, even with shipping. Thank you very much!

It was wonderful to order plants that are hard to find locally. They were well packaged and looked amazing upon arrival. I had a minor issue with my order, but the customer service resolved it quickly and efficiently. I will definitely order again soon.
My experience with this company from January to May 2025 was not great, but it has significantly improved! They've made major changes, including better customer support, where replies feel more personal and genuine. After contact, they request feedback, which I encourage everyone to provide for ongoing improvement. The animals are now packed securely in double bags, and during hot weather, a cooling pack and a small food sample are included, which is a nice touch. They've also updated their refund process to be more efficient. I appreciate their commitment to improvement and look forward to more positive experiences.
