I did not receive the items I ordered and instead got something else. After reaching out to the support team and providing the required photos, I continued to receive requests for the same information. It appears they have no plans to address their mistake.
The handle on the garden knife I received was of very low quality. I didn't even test the blade because the overall look was so disappointing that I returned it right away. Additionally, there was no communication from the company regarding my order status; I placed the order on the 15th, and it wasn't delivered until December 29.
The customer care is severely lacking. They promised shipping by a specific date, but it's now five days later, and it still hasn't shipped. I've called twice and requested a manager to call me back, but that promise was never fulfilled. This is not a company I would consider doing business with again.
I intended to order from this company, but the representatives I spoke with were difficult to understand, and my credit card company flagged my card due to suspicious activity on the site. I decided against placing the order. I previously used their services in 2021 and did not encounter these issues, which makes me hesitant now, especially since I learned they are now owned by a private equity firm. I won't be using this company again.

It took three days to ship, and they sent it via standard ground despite charging me around $25 for expedited shipping. I lodged a complaint through their web portal on Wednesday and received an automated response stating someone would be in touch within 24 hours. That was four days ago, and I have heard nothing. It has now been 12 days.
I strongly advise against buying from this seller. I ordered a child's accordion, and it arrived damaged. They provided a return label but charged a restocking fee for a broken item! The packaging was intact, indicating it was poorly made. Three weeks later, I still haven't received my refund. Not only did they send a defective product, but they also charged me for the return. I doubt I'll ever see that refund.
I ordered a lug wrench tool on December 2nd and am still waiting for it. I also faced issues with a discount code they provided, which was marked as invalid at checkout. I reached out to customer service but have yet to receive a response.
