Terrible. They offered dinner on the flight and I took it, I was hesitant because I know Indonesian food is not the cleanest but I had just came from Bali and didn’t have a bad experience with any of the restaurants I ate at. The food on this flight tasted weird but I ate it anyways because I was starving... the green beans were like grey, the chicken was rubbery and tasted very strange. 5 hours later I’m having really bad stomach pain. I lay down in my terminal and buy myself a Caesar salad and can’t bring myself to eat it because the smell alone was making me gag. I’m walking around the airport sweating, crying cause I’m in so much pain. All of a sudden I’m running to the bathroom and I am continuously vomiting 1 hour before my international flight. I got really bad food poisoning and was throwing up my whole 17 hour flight home. Wish I could get a refund this flight was so terrible and ruined the whole way home for me
After canceling my booking online with a promise of a full refund, I have yet to receive it after months of attempts to contact the support team. They continuously ask for information they already have. A dreadful experience; I recommend steering clear of this airline.
Checking in online and selecting a seat is impossible until you arrive at the airport. Their system fails to communicate with other airlines, leaving you without a seat until the last moment. The aircraft are outdated, and the seating is uncomfortable, with minimal recline.
The customer service and food quality were extremely disappointing. They served me food I didn't order and failed to accommodate dietary requests. It feels like they don't care about passengers' needs. I had requested a fruit platter that I didn't receive. They really need to improve their service, especially for longer flights.
The flight experience was excellent, surpassing other airlines on the route, but the app is a nightmare. I can't log in due to unresolved issues and online check-in is frustrating, with high fees for seat reservations. Overall, a mixed experience.
The customer service was unhelpful and provided incorrect information regarding luggage. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told to file a complaint instead. My seat was changed without notification, and the staff showed no willingness to help. This airline does not meet expectations for a flagship carrier.
