I paid an extra $60 for expedited shipping, but it took four days to get my item without a refund. The support team informed me that shipping times start only when they have the items, which was not disclosed during the ordering process. I strongly advise against paying for expedited shipping or making any purchases. Additionally, their site claimed the item was made in the United States, but it arrived labeled as made in Mexico.

This place was great a few years ago. Now, their website is often inaccurate regarding stock levels and shipping times. Expect at least two weeks for delivery. I ordered something listed as "In Stock," only to find out it was actually backordered, and no one communicated this.
I had a horrible shipping experience. I placed an order on August 22, 2025, with all items marked as *IN STOCK*. Eleven days later, I inquired about my order's shipping status, only to be told that there was a backordered item that had just arrived. I was informed it would ship that day, but I ended up canceling the order. I placed the same order with another supplier, and they shipped most items the next day.
I ordered fuel tank sealant, a critical safety item with a limited shelf life of six months. It arrived with an expiration date of the end of April 2025. When I raised my concerns, I received an inadequate response from an automated system. They stated that shelf life requests should be noted when ordering. Their policy claims they don’t ship products with fewer than 30 days of shelf life remaining, yet they shipped this item with exactly 30 days left. I will be informing others about this experience.
The service was very unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. I placed an order with a ten-day lead time, and after several calls, I received an automated email saying my money was refunded. When I contacted them again, they informed me that my order was canceled due to a price increase after the new year, despite my order being placed beforehand. They offered no resolution or apology and handled the situation very poorly. They still have not refunded my money.
