Experiencing unregulated charges and unexpected invoices for their accounting errors has been incredibly frustrating. Paying significant fees without receiving value is unacceptable, and it feels like they have undue control over my property.
My experience with the service has been quite disappointing. The maintenance fees are excessively high for minimal work done. It's unclear what we're paying for, especially as a new management company is set to take over while we are still being billed in advance. Overall, the value is poor, and the management has clearly been lacking.
After paying a management fee for 2025, the service failed to deliver any of the agreed work. Despite numerous complaints, they withdrew from the development without reimbursement or an apology. I would advise against allowing this company near your property.
