When squatters moved in they did not want to know about it .
They ignored fifty or so e mails and telephone calls . They continued to take the premium from my account.
I had to sell my house at 100,000 loss .

They do not want to know about claims.

They currently use Bait and Switch…

They currently use Bait and Switch tactics they quote you a low price online and then tell you to proceed you have to call it then nearly doubles I have complained and if they do not resolve it i will complain to the Spanish insurance ombudsman its not a honest way to do business. When i called i was told they are a Spanish department and can offer lower but international clients do not. I was offered to speak to them and go ahead with them but had to speak Spanish or have someone who did.

Thank you to Rafael in the car insurance department. Five years with the company and excellent service. Very patient and helpful Very sadly I can’t give the home insurance the same accolades. I have had a few issues with them that were not resolved. Very strange as it is the same company. If you need Car Insurance look no further the dept runs like clockwork and the call handlers genuinely want to help.

Many years with you We have 2 cars and home insurance. I had to attend emergency saludAs always I was wearing my gold cross and chain. Tried several times to make a claim as when I returned home my necklace was goneHusband tried to retrace our steps

Can fully recommend the assistance… First Class

Can fully recommend the assistance provided by Linea Directa by phone who provided an english speaker and kept me updated constantly on when a Grua would contact me - within 10 mins Antonio (Ton) in Mojacar, Almeria called me and was with me in 5 mins. He assisted me in english and explained all that was needed and accompanied me to the garage Talleres y Gruas Azor SL where my car was immediately attended to (again in english and I was back on my way in less than 10 minutes with a new battery. Completely impressed and happy. Thank you to all

I warned against these bunch of cowboys several years ago and they are still at it !.. why the Spanish government have not closed them down i don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️

They insured the wrong car and…

They insured the wrong car and eventually did the right car, applause!, but now I have the policy on my old address two 2hours away. They are stu pid. no brain cells. they can't do their job properly! I called and they don't want to send me new papers with my new address. ridiculous service. I do not recommend it! And after this year I will leave them again.

fine, until you need to claim!

I’ve had my home and car insurance with Linea Directa for the last 3 years with no need to ever claim, until recently. I had a leak in my flat which affected the flat below us. The people on the phone were very nice, they sent someone to fix the leak, but neglected my neighbour below when they told me they would send someone to fix her ceiling. I called several times and repeatedly the problem did not get solved. In the end my neighbour paid for the repair and now I have to reimburse her. I have called Linea Directa again and again and they tell me every time they are sorry and will get someone to fix the problem. It never happens. Now they have cancelled all my policies without telling me why and I cannot get an answer out of anyone! It seems they are super friendly and will answer your questions, but if you ever need to claim then watch out! I will never recommend them.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Following the death of my husband and many subsequent calls to amend our policy, they continue to send him correspondence requesting his signature, try to take monies from our account and my 2 formal complaints remain unanswered - despite receiving 2 automated messages saying they have received. Disgusted.
