Absolutely wonderful! My wife adores it and the seller was very attentive, checking in multiple times to ensure everything was just right. I'm usually not inclined to leave reviews and I often doubt ordering customized items online, but this blanket exceeded my expectations! It matches the description perfectly, and I will certainly make another purchase!

I previously left a low review since the brown hair on the two ornaments I ordered appeared bright orange instead of brown, as I had ordered. BUT the company quickly reached out, asked for info to confirm the issue, and sent me a replacement, which arrived soon after. The new ornaments are perfect!! (Thank you for the replacements, Gearcustoms!) I showed them to my family and they LOVED them. Our pets are named after Peanuts characters, so these are very special and they turned out super cute! I didn't notice they have other listings for non-couple poses, so I ordered one of these for my parents and then another of my sister and I holding hands, which turned out adorable! Including picture so you can see the original vs the newly printed ones. If you have this issue, just get in contact, otherwise leave a review so they can reach out.
I ordered a product which was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. I got notification that it had shipped via USPS but when I tried to track it, it said only that a label had been created. After many contacts with the company, I finally discovered that the product was manufactured in China (which was not on their website), that it was stuck in customs, and that it finally shipped. Now they are saying that it should arrive in 7-10 business days from now. Not acceptable. I have no idea what the product will be like, but I never would have ordered had I known it was being made and personalized in China.
I never received my items. I emailed and texted as they said to text on the webpage. I received immediate responses from "Ashley" however I think that is an AI response. I was texted and emailed back both times with the same tracking numbers from a month prior that still didn't ship yet.
Have been trying to have someone call me regarding an order for 2 weeks. All I get are generated emails. Sadly, the event this gift was for is now over.Won't be ordering from them now.Needs better customer service when customers reach out.Canceling my order and shopping elsewhere. They are no good for me.The company continually emails me a generated email to contact them at support gearcustom emailIt gets me know where and no one ever gets back to me. Just an endless circle. Saying they responded through Test Pilot. Well, I am still waiting.They want my money but won't help with my order.I don't know why we can't talk on the phone and clear this up.May 30th... still waiting.
I am very disappointed in this company. When I chose them it was because it said will arrive by May 11th. It was specific for Mother’s Day. Today is the 10th and the merchandise is still not even in the United States. They should have said it would ship by then not arrive! I’m very upset that I won’t have this to give as a gift. It’s meaningless next week or whenever it finally arrives. Not happy at all! I was misled. It was deceiving. False advertising.
This is the fourth shirt I’ve bought from Gearcustoms. I love the fit and the quality of the shirts, but most of all, I love how you folks think! About books and a lot of things! My newest one maybe the best yet. I really enjoyed deciding which of my many , many favorite books to put on my tee. The custom book feature is great!
