Review Time
I now have both the SSE18 and the SSR63 A2. The SSE18 has preformed exceptionally over the last few years. I only recently bought the SSR63 A2 and so far it doesn't disappoint. Additionally before purchasing the SSR63 A2 I had some questions, and their customer support was, both fast and useful.
It was also a fun surprise to recieve a note with stickers and a patch in addition to my order.
I encountered a problem with a magazine leaking, but it was swiftly addressed by the support team. Excellent customer service! They sent me a replacement valve, and the issue was resolved. The representatives were very courteous and professional.
I've had a chance to test the SSR4 and SSP18 weapons, and both have performed excellently so far. Additionally, I ordered some gear, including a holster for the SSP18. I made a minor adjustment by adding a piece of soft velcro inside to minimize noise from the pistol, as there was a bit too much movement. It would be great if the company considered a similar update.

After firing just a few magazines, numerous internal components broke and fell out of the magazine area. I've replaced them, but they have failed again for the third time. When it did function, the range was very limited and accuracy was poor. It has been unused for about a year due to these ongoing replacements.

While I appreciate the numerous 'gifts' like stickers, I can't give a positive review because the main product is not as advertised. The goggles claimed to be compatible with prescription glasses, but they don't fit any of mine, causing discomfort. I purchased better options elsewhere. The return policy is frustrating, as items must be unopened to return, making it impossible to assess fit without trying them on. Shipping costs are high, and delivery took longer than other sellers in the EU. Very disappointing.
