These people are complete scammers. They suspended my account immediately after I created it, and they did the same to my mom's account. Before sending any money to them, make sure to check if they won't suspend your account too. Be cautious—they are professional scammers!
Geegpay needs to improve. I sent funds to the given account details by Geegpay and I have been debited, only for these people to keep promising me they would work on it. Like do you guys have an insider threat who's diverting funds or what? This is over 3 days and I've been receiving the same messages over again. I needed this urgently which was why I funded the account and they are making it difficult for themselves. Is this a platform I'd recommend for people? You guys are claiming you didn't receive the fund and I am asking that whose account was generated by Geegpay ? I need my funds instantly. I'm tired of your 30 plus messages telling me to exercise more patience. I have sent you the receipt of payment.
Geegpay only serves Nigerians, not Kenyans. Every time I receive funds, I have to speak to support and the funds keep getting refunded. I've noticed this is something that only affects Kenyan users. We did not subscribe to a banking service to withhold our funds. We have livelihoods that depend on the funds we receive, it is not yours to make merry. The past 4 days, all my transactions to my mobile money or bank have been rejected. I asked that they should refund the funds to the client or give me another alternative, they can't also do that. So, basically, "we can't send you this money, and neither can we refund it".
Why do you keep on issuing a refund to me when I request a withdraw?? I really wish there was a zero star option,, cause you guys deserve it,,,, I've been trying to withdraw my funds the whole day,, each time you just refund it but have deducted the fees,,,, cash went from 100$ to 80$ and I've still not cashed out,,,, you are just unbelieve able.. I don't understand whether GeegPay is to blame or your Customer Service Team is just incompetent and lousy. A simple failed transaction caused by your payment partner FINCRA is taking so long to resolve. I've received about 30 emails containing several apologies and assuring me that the finance team is working on it. And for close to a month, all they've done is to send 2 emails to my bank. And I have different Geegpay personnel repeating the same broken rhyme that I should help reach out to my bank. I've told them that I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK 4 TIMES ALREADY AND THEY'VE RESPONDED TO ME VIA MULTIPLE CHANNELS:- IN PERSON PHYSICALLY, VIA PHONE CALL, VIA EMAIL AND VIA SOCIAL MEDIA. And my bank has said the same thing over and over again. What don't you get about my responses so far? Provide the correct SESSION ID OF THE TRANSACTION YOU SENT TO MY ACCOUNT.My bank has said the same thing 4 times, different teams and different people. Why the HELL are you telling me to contact my bank again when you can read English?
You could at least make it clear to intending customers that your virtual card is not suited for deposits. I have tried funding different websites today and got the same response saying that the provider of the card does not support deposits.
